Will A. Andrews, D.D.S.
Dr. Will A. Andrews has been in the private practice of orthodontics in the San Diego suburb of Point Loma since 1992. He practices with his father, Dr. Lawrence F. Andrews, a world renowned orthodontist who has served the Point Loma community since 1958. Dr. Will Andrews completed dental school at UCLA and received orthodontic training at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the prestigious Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists. He is an assistant clinical professor at UCSF, an adjunct professor at West Virginia University and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
He is the Co-Director of the L.F. Andrews Foundation for Orthodontic Education which is active in research, teaching and publishing. He has published scientific articles and lectured worldwide about the Six Elements Orthodontic Philosophy while maintaining a thriving private practice limited to orthodontics. Dr. Andrews is a native San Diegan. He was born and raised in La Jolla and graduated from La Jolla High school in 1981. In his spare time, Dr. Andrews enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage daughter and pursuing his long-time passion of surfing.

Dr. Lawrence F. Andrews is a world renowned orthodontist and has practiced in Point Loma since 1958. He is the inventor of the Straight-Wire Appliance System, discoverer of the Six Keys to Normal (Optimal) OcclusionTM and the Six Elements of Orofacial HarmonyTM. In 1989 he authored the textbook "Straight-Wire, The Concept and Appliance". He is a clinical professor at the University of California at San Francisco, an adjunct professor at West Virginia University, and a visiting professor at Bauru Dental School, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is the Co-Director of the L.F. Andrews Foundation for Orthodontic Education and Research and Editor for the Andrews Journal of Orthodontics and Orofacial Harmony. In 2005 he was the recipient of the PCSO Lifetime Achievement Award. He has lectured worldwide about the Six Elements Orthodontic Philosophy and maintains a private practice limited to orthodontics and orofacial harmony in San Diego, California.
